Toll Processing vs. White-Label
Missouri cannabis law is specific about what licensed processors can and cannot do for other licensees. Understanding this distinction protects both parties.
Toll processing: PERMITTED. Your licensed biomass in → EmmaLeaf processes/formulates → finished product returned to your license.
Custom formulation: PERMITTED. We can develop specific formulations using your licensed inputs, returned to your inventory.
Wholesale supply: PERMITTED. Licensed retailers can purchase finished EmmaLeaf-branded product through standard wholesale accounts.
White-label production: NOT PERMITTED under Missouri law. We cannot produce finished product under a third-party brand using our own licensed inventory.
