Missouri law does not permit white-label cannabis production. What it does allow — and what we excel at — is toll processing: you provide the licensed biomass, we process and formulate it, and return finished product to you.

Missouri Law — What You Need to Know
  • ✓ Toll Processing is permitted — you bring licensed Missouri-grown biomass, we process it and return finished product to your license.
  • ✓ Formulation and processing — we can convert your biomass into pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, or other formats you request.
  • ✗ White-label production is not available — Missouri regulations do not permit us to produce and sell finished product under a third-party brand name.
  • ✓ All parties must be licensed — both EmmaLeaf and the toll client must hold valid Missouri cannabis licenses. We verify compliance before any agreement.

How It Works.

From your first inquiry to delivery of finished product, every step is documented, compliant, and transparent. We work with your compliance team throughout.

Initial Consultation.

We review your biomass volume, licensing status, desired output format, and timeline. All parties confirm Missouri compliance before proceeding.

Agreement & Intake.

We document the toll processing agreement, intake your biomass under proper chain-of-custody tracking per Missouri DHSS requirements, and log weights.

Processing & QA.

Your biomass is processed in our licensed facility. Finished product undergoes third-party lab testing before leaving our facility. COAs provided on every batch.

Return Delivery.

Finished product is returned to your license holder under compliant transfer documentation. Full batch records and COAs accompany every delivery.
